4-Gun NSSA Skeet
50 / 50 / 50 / 50

June 19, 2005

Twenty-six shooters in attendance and the first day without rain in a week.  Gail Weed who ran the desk and also pulled a squad or two and her gang of volunteers did and outstanding job running the shoot.  Hat's off to everyone involved.

This 4-gun, 50 target each, one day shoot was the first of it's kind held in this region and it seemed to be enjoyed by everyone.  I would not be surprised to see it tried at other clubs in the area.

It was my first chance to shoot registered targets on the clubs new PAT Trap Skeet machines installed on field #2 and I found they threw nice targets.  I was concerned on the noise level of the machines going in as they seemed a little loud when your in the house, but once on the field the noise was never a factor and I did not even think of it.

The clubs next registered shoot is a two-hundred target .410 shoot on 10 July.
