There is a population of deer near Huntsville, Ontario where several 'pinto' or 'piebald' deer have been seen many times. (I have a photo I bought of a doe from that group in my collection.)

Also, several years ago, Gord Magee, a friend who lives in Nova Scotia, saw 2-3 white marked deer in the woods in the Annapolis Valley area, during deer hunting season.
